We look forward to keeping you up to date with the latest information on Stage 7C at River Valley.
Works onsite are now complete for this stage, however we are experiencing some delays with authorities, which have unfortunately resulted in further delays to titles. Titles and settlements are now anticipated in February.

We understand these delays are frustrating, and are sorry for the inconvenience caused. However while we are doing everything we possibly can, our ability to influence the process is limited at this point as we are reliant on various authorities to process their approvals. We will bring you an update as soon as it becomes available.

November ’22: Construction Update

– Front rock walls on lots are now complete
– The rock retaining wall construction is nearly complete
– Driveways and footpath construction is progressing well and is nearing completion
