What was once an old quarry site has been converted into a vibrant community. The masterplan integrates historical features and innovative designs for environmental and aesthetic harmony.

MARIBYRNONG RIVER

We’ve used Water-Sensitive Urban Design and significant replanting of trees and plants to minimise the impact on this precious waterway and encourage the growth of local biodiversity.

A LAYERED APPROACH

With over 5.5km of trails and pathways through the riverfront, parks and green spaces, the residents are able to connect with their neighbours and their shared environment.

Taking advantage of history’s rich offerings, our design leans into the site’s existing sloping topography with retaining walls that maximise views and privacy.
